The card goes in and your frames are already in front of you.
You start judging pictures straight away, while the rest of the work happens behind
you rather than in front of you. No progress bar that blocks you.

You cull the way you already cull.
Same viewer, same keys. A small translucent overlay shows the score and the caption for
whatever is on screen; 1–5 files it and moves on. No mouse travel.

You say what you want, in your own words.
“Lift the bride’s face half a stop, keep the dress texture, don’t touch the sky.” It turns
that into a RawTherapee recipe for that one frame. The recipe is yours, on your disk,
editable by hand.

Or you close the laptop and let it work.
Point it at the keepers on your way out. By morning the batch has been through the long
pass and is waiting for your yes or no — with the masks and the reasoning attached.
